Our Services

Individual therapy
Age: Adults
Session Duration: 45 minutes
Session Cost: $200

Whether you’re parenting a child or reparenting yourself, healing from harmful family patterns and religious trauma takes courage. You may be carrying the emotional weight of expectations, strict obedience teachings, suppressing your needs, or remaining silent to maintain peace. In therapy, we unpack those messages and begin the work of unlearning what was never yours to carry. Together, we’ll explore how to set boundaries, honor your emotions, and choose connection over control.

couples therapy
All couples are welcome!
Session Duration: 45 minutes
Session Cost: $275

Couples therapy is a space to break old patterns and build the kind of relationship you want, not just the one you were taught to accept. Whether you're navigating parenting, healing from religious or cultural scripts, or questioning whether children are part of your future, I help couples slow down, communicate clearly, and reconnect. I specialize in supporting Latinx and BIPOC couples ready to move beyond survival mode and into intentional partnership. Together, we explore emotional disconnection, conflict patterns, and generational pressures so you can align your values and co-create a relationship rooted in trust, care, and clarity. Let’s rebuild the connection with each other, and with the future you're creating.

FAQs

  • I do not accept insurance. However, you may be eligible to receive out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance. I would encourage you to contact your insurance to verify if this is an option for you. If so, I can provide a monthly invoice that you would be able to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please note that you are still responsible for each session cost as the monthly invoice would serve as a form of receipt to submit to your insurance in order to receive any eligible reimbursement.

Please contact your insurance if you want to use or learn more about your out-of-network reimbursement benefits before our scheduled time together. Here are some questions you can ask your insurance when you call:

1- Do I have "out-of-network" mental health insurance benefits?
2- What is my deductible and has it been met?
    3- What is my "co-insurance"?
4- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
5- What is the coverage amount per session?
6- Is approval required from my primary care doctor?

  • Both individual therapy and couples therapy are offered on a weekly basis. We will work together to find a consistent time that best fits both of our schedules to meet each week. Consistency is key for us to get to know each other and to be able to do the work we are here to do!

  • I have a limited number of sliding scale slots available for clients who are experiencing financial hardship. This applies to individuals and couples. It is my custom to check in with clients who are on a sliding fee every few months as it is my goal to make mental health services accessible for all clients I work with. In the event that a sliding scale fee is no longer needed during our work together due to a change in your financial situation, your fee will be set to the full fee to grant access to the sliding scale slot to another client in need.

Sliding scale feel is determined by the anti-oppressive rate questionnaire. Please contact me to inquire about available sliding scale slots.

  • Telehealth allows therapists and clients to meet for therapy without traveling or meeting in-person for sessions. While many clients find telehealth convenient and just as helpful as in-person sessions, please note that for telehealth to work, clients should have access to a reliable internet connection, a computer, and a confidential meeting space. Without these three essential tools, telehealth meetings may be interrupted and session time may be lost.

It is also my policy not to meet with clients who are not in a confidential meeting space or who are multi-tasking.
